STEP 1. HOW TO BOOK

The easiest way to book one apartment is making an online-booking directly ON our web page.
To start with your booking, you can use our search tool located at the top of the apartments catalogue.
You have also a search tool in each apartment.
*Select your arrival date, departure date and number of persons. You will get a list with all apartments available for the requested dates, including the TOTAL price of each apartment.
* Choose the apartment suiting your needs and you will get on screen a detailed budget for your stay. Our system will quote you the total price, the pre-reservation payment, and the balance you will pay (cash) upon arrival. The pre-reservation payment will be aprox. 20-25% of the total price and is the amount that will be charged on your credit card. This is cleary specified on your screen.
*Press the book on line button to go on with your reservation. |
STEP 2. BOOKING ON LINE

Once you have click on the book
on line button, you will need to complete a form with your personal information. Please take note that the information requested in this form is necessary to process your booking.
To process the booking, after you have complete the form, you should press book
on line now. You will RE-directed to the
PAYPAL ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM. This means that every operation done from this moment is controlled by the bank system.
We are using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which is an Internet security protocol used by Internet browsers and servers to transmit sensitive information. (You can make sure you are on a SSL by checking the URL -- the http at the beginning of the address should have changed to https.).
Once you have proccessed the payment via the bank system you will get an email confirmation with all details related to your booking. This information includes, exact address, contact person, how to get to the apartment etc. You will get as well your invoice.

Please take note that it is very important to inform us about your arrival time
at the airport (Barcelona, Girona or Reus) if you dont know it when making your
reservation. We kindly request to inform us as soon as you have the information. |
